Duplicate orders

From time to time customers could place a duplicate order: two or more of very similar orders, made within a short period of time from each other. For security reasons we do not have access to the credit card details of customers, and all payments for orders are approved by customers themselves.

Our order preparation processes are automated and we are unable to catch duplicate orders unless alerted by customers. The pattern of the outer sole may vary from one pair of boots to another. The thickness of the EVA outer sole may vary. The shape of the EVA outer sole may vary. The EVA soles may have some holes, resulting from small bubbles of air that may occur in the EVA material, this is a normal occurrence and not a fault. When the boots are new, a very thin white line of glue residue could be visible at the joint point of where the sole connects to the upper of the boot, this very thin white line should disappear with wear. The insole of the dark coloured boots could be made from white or black fleece. The darker colours may transfer some dye to the feet for some time at the beginning of wearing the new boots. The heel counter of sheepskin boots could have single or double row of stitching. Sheepskin is a natural product and the thickness of the fleece may vary.
